Small team, real ownership
We are a small team. That means every person has genuine ownership of their domain — not a slice of a feature in a backlog. What you build, ships. What you recommend, gets considered.
Remote-first, Dhaka-based
Most of our team works from Dhaka. We work remotely by default, meet in person regularly, and build asynchronous communication habits that respect people's deep work time.
Honest about what we don't know
We're early. We're figuring things out. We won't pretend we have every answer. We want colleagues who are comfortable with that uncertainty — and who help us build clarity over time.
